The founders' ethos

Four Generations of Craftsmanship

Woods and Woodford — directors portrait placeholder

A letter from the directors

This business began not with a boardroom decision, but with a grandfather's pride in a job done properly. Sandford Woods built things that lasted. That ethos passed to Kenneth, then to Barry, and now to the fourth generation — and it has never once been negotiable.

When Louis and I came together to form W.W. Developments, we made a simple commitment: every home we deliver will be one we would be proud to live in ourselves.

Not a metric. Not a target. A standard.

We are a small team, and we intend to stay that way. It is the only way we know how to care about every single family who trusts us with one of the most important decisions of their lives.
